The Natural Tree Slice Candle Holder is made right here in the UK and by us! Each piece is planed and then hand sanded down the grits to a smooth finish. Once sanded, we coat using a clear natural wax and buff to a stunning finish. By waxing the wood and not staining or painting it, we get to keep the natural beauty of the wood grains whilst keeping the wood nourished. The live edge is sealed and clear lacquered to keep it in place.<\/p>\n
Please note: Due to this item being hand made from completely natural real wood, you will notice differences from one to another. These diffrences include grain patterns, overall finish and dimensions. With this item containing a live edge, each holder will look different and you may find some of the edging loose or flaked off. You may also find some splits in the wood. Although we do try to keep the drying process strict (these are left to dry naturally for two years), it is a natural material and splits can still happen.<\/p>\n
