All orders are shipped via a trusted courier and using a tracked method. The couriers we are most likely to use are Yodel and FedEx.
The majority of our products are hand made to order, meaning as soon as we get your order, we will get straight onto making this for you. Dispatch times for these items are between 3 to 7 working days. For any items that we have in stock, these will be shipped within 48 working hours.
Our working days are Monday to Friday and exlude any public bank holidays.
